This agency is the worst! It's a scam. They rent out expensive properties that are dirty and in disrepair, showing extremely low standards. They don't care to address or fix any issues - broken blinds, leaky taps, sticky, smelly and dirty kitchen tops, broken locks and doors - are some of the issues! I deeply regret trusting this agency

Naraj has been very helpful with helping me find a flat and helping explain the forms and being understanding of my differcult situation. Other places wouldn't take me on as my partner is stuck in a country but they have helped me find a way round it and went out of there way to be accommodating. Fantastic by far the best landlord I've had as of yet.

If I could rate minus stars, I would. Avoid this letting agency, they favour greedy landlords over providing livable housing. They will avoid repairing any issues properly and will send cheap handymen to do a job that a professional should do. They will avoid any accountability with any issues that are their problem and hire nothing less than rude, arrogant little people who lack any sort of common decency nor heart to run their sham of a letting agency. All of their landlords cower behind this shambolic letting agency. If you are looking for a place to rent, avoid these at all costs.I must also add that all of their 4/5 star reviews are from landlords and/or fake accounts. Shambolic.

same level of review about Alex & Omar recently...the organization had wobble back in 2020 when i believe they transferred activities from London to Leicester and a change of leadership but since then it has been much much better & they do offer extremely competitive value compared to other agents in London...only downside & why it does not have 5 stars is their account dpt which is letting them down, had issues last year & asking for an annual statement is still not done more than a week after requesting it despite numerous promises it would be done

All landlords who are considering to rent a house through rent my home think again. We just had a contractor from hell replacing a fence. I feel sorry for our landlord that he has to pay for this "job" as for me this was a complete waste of our time and his money. The fence itself is now the hazard. Contractor has moved the boundaries making our garden smaller. When I pointed this out to him he told me to F.O.I don't know where the agent is taking them from I think there must be a family sort of deal.AVOID!!!Definitely won't stay with them for another term!!!Feel sorry for the landlord as he might be not aware of this situation. Both Alex and Omar didn't help much.
Hi Zdzislaw,Thank you for your review.We have investigated this issue and the contractor was trying to get in contact with you to arrange access.We have supplied pictures of the fence to the landlord once the job was completed and the landlord was happy for funds to be released to the contractor.The landlord was also provided with the location of fence prior to erecting for their approval to ensure we are within the property boundaries.

I’ve used rentmyhome in 2019 as a landlord the experience was outstanding compared to others in UK (i tried 3 others and also did lots of research). Ahead of using them again I noticed their recent reviews 2019+ were very negative (they used to be 4.9/5 now they are at 4.7). And all the feedback on the landlord side discusses falling customer service. As a test I decided to try being a potential tenant calling about a property. When I called the phone rang out no answer. It was during their stated opening times. I tried openrent it went to an automated system but it worked and it was £29 vs their prices. I reached out to them for feedback but given my own personal experience I’m not sure they are what they were cracked up to be 2 years ago I’m sorry. And will take a pass this time which is a genuine pity. I would have paid much more but that was the big let down if you can’t answer a call from a prospective lead in Rightmove.
