Finally a positive experience with an …

Finally a positive experience with an estate agent! After years bad and expensive experiences with high street agents I took what i perceived as a risk and tried Rent My Home. The cost saving was hugely significant and I had the time to do the viewings myself so i decided to give it a try. All in all i was very satisfied with the service. Knowledgeable and helpful support without being pushy or pressurising, easy to use website and tenants found within the first day of viewings. So far i have been very satisfied, i'll be using again and ill certainly recommend!

Great team and a great service!

I rented my property through Rentmyhome over a year ago ahead of my relocation to Australia. I couldn’t believe how efficient, cost effective and user friendly the whole process was. The entire team were extremely helpful and gave me great confidence in using their management service Managemyhome. The team were always willing to go above and beyond which we were so impressed with. The whole process cost us under £1,500 compared to the £5,500 that the high street were asking for! Rentmyhome and Managemyhome are the future. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend these guys!

Five star customer service, unbeatable value for money

I've received excellent service from RentMyHome for renting out my one bed flat in NW London. Initially I was a bit anxious about not going to a traditional bricks-and-mortar estate agent - but after my experience with RentMyHome I would never even consider it. RentMyHome provided unbeatable value for money service, the whole process was very smooth, the website easy to use, and RentMyHome agents supported and communicated with me from the start till after the tenant moved in. I found it very helpful that the agents would call me as soon as there was someone booking a viewing, as I was travelling and was not always online to check or receive emails. Definitely a five star customer service!

Absolutely fantastic

Absolutely fantastic. My sister and I rented out our flat through Rent My Home, we had 8 viewings over two evenings, four offers and a bidding war! In 48 hours we managed to let our flat for above the asking price. The best part was that were able to meet all of the prospective tenants so could to choose our favourite couple who (fingers crossed) will look after our flat the best. Something you'd never have with a high street agency. On top of that we won't have to fork out a huge chunk of our rent for agency fees each month that you would with any normal high street agency. Can't recomend highly enough, will absolutely use again, for renting or sale.

I rented my flat with rentmyhome.com and found the whole process very easy from start to finish. They are very nice on the phone, do as much as they can for you, and we had no hiccups. Perhaps I would have achieved a little bit more per month if it wasn't me showing prospective tenants around, but the that small difference is more than made up for in not having to make 12% commission to a normal agent. Great service, would recommend to anyone.

Best Reasonably priced Estate Agent

The High Street has endless very expensive Estate Agents who do very little more than the internet Estate Agents ,all of whom look very similar from the outside. My experience is that businesses show how good they are in the last 10% of what they produce ... RentMyHome not only produced excellent photos and reports but they followed up every potential tenant and made sure I got the best deal in the shortest time.I'd have no problem recommending them , and wish them well

I would highly recommend using RentMyHome to let your property! You can guarantee excellent customer service and a company who will really look after you throughout the process of getting new tenants in. What's more is the fact that I was able to save a good amount of money through paying the listing fee and choosing some of their additional options which are great. Amazing service - better than any estate agent

I could not recommend rentmyhome.co.uk more highly. The service that they offered was amazing & within 2 days of my flat being with them, I had a number of offers. Their advice was professional and transparent - i never felt like i was being mislead & the online portal gives you full control of your property profile. In comparison to my experience with estate agents rentmyhome.co.uk was on another level. On top of the great service, their fees are infinitely lower than estate agents. Thanks for all your help!

I was really impressed with JJ. She was very helpful and friendly. She remained calm and very professional at all times even though some of the process was slightly complicated. JJ was prompt with providing regular updates from all parties involved. It was a pleasure dealing with Tom, JJ and the team. My property was let less than 2 weeks. Were happy to go above and beyond to help ensure my property was let with as little hassle as possible

I have now used rentmyhome.co.uk twice and on both occasions was pleasantly surprised by their customer service. On top of having an intuitive website and value for money pricing structure, most importantly the team (specifically Harry and Will in my latest dealings with the company) have consistently been helpful, knowledgable and keen to help make sure the whole process is stress free. As long as you are happy to complete the viewings yourself, I see no reason to use a high street estate agent over this company. If anything they have been more keen to assist when compared with my own experience with conventional estate agents. Its a no brainer! Go with them! Or if unsure, give them a call and have a chat before you make any final decision!

Great and reassuring service

As a first-time landlord with no experience I had been concerned about the process and work that getting started would involve. However RentMyHome really helped to ease this. Handled everything very smoothly with regular communication and what was particularly notable was that anyone in the team was able to help when I rang - I didn't need to wait for one individual only to become available. Excellent service!

Excellent service! Great communication, the viewings was set up within 2 days. First 2 potential tenants came to see the property and both of them submitted an offer (I had to cancel all the following viewings). Rentmyhome.co.uk was very efficient and did all the work, you just need to do the viewings and you know your property better than any real estate agent. It’s very attractive for tenants to use online agency as the fee is much smaller. I would highly recommend rentmyhome.co.uk for anyone who is looking to let the property, you will get a great service for very small fee!

From listed to rented within 24 hours!

I found RentMyHome.co.uk via a simple Google Search and decided to give them a whirl - originally I was going to pay a local bricks-and-mortar letting agent nearly £800 to market my rental property and find me a tenant. I purchased RentMyHome's basic package for £99, as I already had things like EPCs and tenancy agreements - I just wanted it listing on Rightmove etc. and for tenants to be checked over. The property was listed on Rightmove in the early afternoon on Saturday, and by the same time on the Sunday I'd taken a viewing, received and accepted an offer, and they move in on Wednesday! My contact at RentMyHome was Will, who was tremendously helpful at all stages and kept me updated at every stage of the tenant referencing process. My "Google on a whim" has saved me nearly £700, and I have no qualms with heartily recommending RentMyHome.co.uk to anyone looking to take the hassle out of renting property.

Efficient and professional service with a personal touch

I can't recommend RentMyHome enough - from the get-go they assign you an account manager, in my case this was Tom, who did a fantastic job throughout. He was straight on the case and our place was rented within the week. Compared with some other sites where you need to upload and manage everything yourself, RentMyHome gives you an online account where you can view/amend your Ad and track everthing, in addition to your dedicated account manager who makies sure everything runs smoothly. The Ad gets exposure on all the important estate agent portals that private landlords usually can't post on, and in addition they create a bespoke tenancy agreement. Such good value for money, and I saved so much not going through high street estate agents. Great work all round guys!

As a respectable landlord all you want…

As a respectable landlord all you want is a respectable tenant someone that is going to look after the property and pay the rent on time l got in touch with rentmyhome 6 month ago and when my advert went live l had 11 viewings in about 10 days the tenants referencing was excellent and very thorough and i'm doing another 6 months with same tenant. Nothing was too much trouble and definitely will be using again.
