GoogleRegent was extremely helpful in finding a property for me to rent in London. Adam Fisher, their lettings negotiator, is amazing. He himself reached out to me, knowing that I was urgently searching for a flat, and set up a viewing the same day. He helped me prepare the offer, and got a positive response from the landlord the very next day, and was clinical in closing the deal. Justyna and Elena from their moves team were also quite helpful, and made the moving process really easy.

GoogleI recently purchased my first property through Regent, the flat I bought was managed by them and I was put in contact with Allison from their sales department to help me view the flat. Allison has helped me throughout my buying process always being there to answer any questions I had and being incredibly approachable about any concerns. She was fantastic at managing the requirements of both parties, and helped get the sale completed in record time! I would happily work with Allison again in the future, she is a very professional agent!

GoogleSadly experiencing very poor service from this property agents. Several leaks in the property that have not been fixed in months, amongst many other issues. Have had furniture ruined as a result and the follow-up has been extremely slow and inadequate. Have a look at the pictures to see what your property could look like if you leave property management in their hands… this is after they say they have “fixed things “…

GoogleWould not recommend, the renting process was a shambles the person who set the contracts up made errors on both the offer form and contract itself. Clearly colluded with the landlord to activate a break clause to get increased rent midway through the contract. No notice the property was being re-listed simply found it online. Steer clear of these cowboys.

GoogleWhen there was a heating problem in the house, Mint communicated and dealt with it in a timely and effective manner and paid attention to follow up the repair situation. Thank you very much for her. Moreover, Mint spoke Chinese so well to me, a Chinese who was not good at English.

Googlecouldn’t recommend enough!! Elena and Adam are phenomenal and a credit to Regent, as is the rest of the Regent team! Elena and Adams skills, determination and patience enabled us to move in on schedule which was a miracle considering how short the turnaround was! as for the home, it is perfect, Regent go the extra mile in ensuring the property is faultless. As a one of the directors, it is a pleasure to work with our dedicated Property Manager Jadwiga, who is knowledgeable, professional, proactive and very engaging. We’ve built up a good working relationship and her input/initiatives on improvements to the development have been welcomed and appreciated.

GoogleBeen with regent for years. James Lamizdin has been in charge of renewing my tenancy multiple times. Always quick, professional and responsive. Occasionally takes a while to get help if you have any issues. But the team gets on the case if you call.

GoogleLeroy Bailey, was an incredible help in finding one of my clients their next rental property. They have spent months trying to find in this competitive market. Once leroy picked up the phone to my initial enquiry i knew my clients were going to finally find a place to live. Leroy has exceptional communication skills, aswell as a great knowledge about the industry and the different areas that his office covers Within 48 hours of our initial call we had an offer accepted and that is solely down to leroy and his work ethics and skills he possesses! Terrible service and unprofessional.During tenancy completely absent.Now 3 months on I still can’t get the deposit back. I see from others that then saying that they can’t get the last bill is quite normal in order to keep the deposit !Furthermore when escalated to a manager she ended up after many back and forth to assure me we would receive the form to start the deposit return process.Two weeks on nothing still. Today I called the agency that hold the deposit and they have confirmed that the agency has not even started the process!Obviously I have been lied to. Called again today and emailed.They refuse to let me speak to a manager and will obviously prolong this as much as they can. Totally unprofessional and terrible to dealWith. Avoid like the pest!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I rented a property that was advertised as having underground parking. When I moved in it turned out the property does not have a parking space. They have basically ignored me since. They offered me £50 compensation which is the cost of 2 days parking in my area. They do not care about their mistakes.

GoogleMy property manager, Mint Mok, has been super helpful. I have been experiencing quite some issues with my flat - she has been very responsive and promptly arranged for the issues to be fixed/ resolved. She also followed up to make sure everything is in order. She has made things a lot easier.

GoogleMuch appreciated to Scott and Ben for helping me finding the new home. I was the tenant of a flat managed by regent property and the experience was really nice. Due to some circumstances, I could not renew my tenancy. It’s really kind of Scott and Ben for sending me another property that exactly what I looking for. They always respond the emails and messages to answer every question, and communicate with the landlord. I would be more than happy to work with Regent in the future.
