0 STARS!!!!!!!WE REPORTED PROBLEMS IN THE APARTMENT SINCE AUGUST 2023! Nothing happened since then. We can not use our washing machine, sink, wash disher since November!CAN'T WAIT TO LEAVE! THEY ARE USELESSI am dealing with mental health issues and they increased my anxiety level by 1000%

Horrible and Unprofessional CompanyDo not use their service, it's disgusting.They never replied my email since my tenant moved out, I called a few times, they always asked me to email them and then just NEVER REPLY, NEVER.They didn't tell the tenant to set up heating bill account, didn't check if the tenant have paid all bills before they moved out, now I have a huge amount of heating bill to pay.Shame on you

GoogleI rented this apartment for my daughter and paid one year in advance. No handover was made, no information/explanation whatsoever on usage of electricity or water heating which was not working. Company does not answer any calls after receiving your money. I definitely do not recommend renting their properties.
