I have just sold my flat through Rayners and they have been superb. They are a family business and take pride in their work. David Rayner worked really hard on my behalf, giving me his full attention and nothing was too much trouble. The team also made sure that my tenant found a new place to live that she was happy with. If you're thinking of selling I would heartily recommend them; they are honest, up front and hard working. Being a small company, they can also offer a personal service that the larger estate agents cannot necessarily provide. Thank you for the great service you have given me.

Rayners have managed a Hackney rented property for us for near 10 years. Throughout this time the service delivered has been of the most excellent quality, in stark contrast to the questionable management service of letting agencies we used previously and in other areas of the UK. Having just lived for 18 months in a house managed by Rayners, I can confirm they provided a perfect level of service. The few problems (broken washing machine, a problem with the boiler, etc) were dealt with immediately and efficiently. My deposit was returned in full and on time, and they are pleasant to deal with. A breath of fresh air in the London rental market. Strongly recommended.

Rayners is an excellent estate agent company. I lived in a property for five years and I found them to be approachable, friendly and very responsive when it came to any issues I had. I think this is because its a small family firm with old school values. It is much better to deal with people that actually care rather than some of the larger estate agent firms. I highly recommend!

I have been renting since I was 18 and this is the best letting agent I ever worked with. I rented a house (with mates) from Rayners and our agent was Alan. He was very professional, helpful and responded to any request quickly. Very polite and honest too. When my contract finished and moved out I got my deposit back in reasonable time, no hidden charges. Would definitely recommend.
