I’m now on my second flat with Rayners, and I couldn’t be happier! From day one, they’ve been reliable, professional, and genuinely great to deal with. I have been renting a flat in riverside close with them for 20 years. It is a great team to work with. I lived in a rental property managed by Rayners for just over 2 years and I can safely say it was by far the best experience i've had renting in London. They are fair, responsive and proactive. We had some tenancy changes during lockdown, which David and the team were very pragmatic and supportive in helping us manage. I was a tenant for over 10 years and cannot say a bad thing about this agency all their members of staff are so helpful and always willing to help. When i needed any sort of repairs or maintenance in the flat the landlord D. Rayner was always so helpful and never refused or challenged the repairs unlike other agencies or landlords out there, who will do all in their power not to carry out a simple repair. They even went the extra mile when i moved out the property and my mother bacame the sole tenant by allowing my sister and I to become her guarantors as she is retired and on benefits. Instead of asking for 6+ months rent in advance like other agencies which just put further financial hardship on people already struggling.

As a tenant you never know what service you'll receive from the lettings company managing your flat, but I was extremely impressed with the service from Rayners. Denis was amazing, and even helped track down the owner of the flat below mine when their fire alarm ran out of batteries and beeped incessantly while their tenants were away!! Thank you for treating your customers' tenants just as well as I assume you treat the clients themselves.

First time landlord, and I was immensely impressed with the honestly, professionalism and true hospitality of Rayners. I met with a number of agents in Hackney but Rayners by far stood out as the best. Not once was I made to feel pressured into their services or that I was being lied to. They were the most honest and informative; and quite frankly went over and above to ensure the property was marketed well and a suitable tenant was found. You get a real family feel from Rayners and they individually treat your property as their own; so you have peace of mind that the place is being taken care of. 100% recommend Rayners to prospective landlords and tenants. I had the time of my life living at 135 Riverside Close in 2017/18. My partner and I fell in love with the location at first sight. Summer in Riverside Close is great. There is so much to do in the wetlands, it’s also a place to raise children if you have or intend to have any. Walk to the right and you go to Millfields Park and left take you straight to Springfield Park or Markfield. Thanks to Darren Winter and Rayners for renting it to us. See you in the near future.
