We, as owners of a number of properties in Hackney and Leyton, have used Rayners as letting agents for many years therefore our relationship with them goes back quite a long time. We would not hesitate to recommend them as letting and managing agents to other property owners as they are professional, reliable, informative, trustworthy, helpful, flexible and prompt; nothing was too much trouble even if we just wanted to pick their brains on a minor issue. They also look after the tenants which ensures that any concerns that arise in let properties are dealt with quickly, minimising the inconvenience to all parties. We have also used Rayners, in their capacity as experienced estate agents with detailed knowledge of the area and property market, to successfully manage the sale of properties. We have no hesitation in recommending their professional, friendly and communicative services. Very experienced and reasonable letting agents. When I was a tenant in a property they managed, if I ever rang them up or dropped by with a question I never felt like they were trying to get me off the phone or rush me out the door - they always took the time to respond to requests or queries in a knowledgeable way. When our fridge broke and we had any issues such as leaks they were always quick to raise them with the landlord and promptly arrange a contractor to address the issue.

Their down to earth approach, their treatment of others as well as the outstanding service they provide is the reason why I stayed with Rayners for 13 years. They were continually fair and considerate to our needs, and always did their upmost to help us when times were a little tough...A great team of professionals (with a good sense of humour!) who have been working in the industry for many years, clearly with a great deal of property experience and knowledge under their belt. Rayners sold our house at the end of last year and the service they provided was exemplary. They made the whole selling business as easy as it could be with their professional, knowledgeable, calm and customer centred approach. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I've lived in London 7 years, changed 4 houses and dealt with as many agencies. Rayners has been without a doubt the best one. As a tenant in London you're often made to feel like a nuisance, but the team at Rayners was always respectful, quick to reply and professional in their communications. Whenever we had an issue in the house, they'd have someone come and fix in 24hrs, and they showed flexibility when we needed it. We had a nearly a 12 month period letting through Rayners whilst our house was renovated. We found both Darren and David (our landlord) to be excellent. They were flexible with our arrangements and considerate to our needs as a family staying in the flat for an unknown length of time during our renovations. The moving in and out process was very smooth and also we found their contractors very good at resolving any issues wit the flat quickly.

During a difficult and protracted flat sale, hampered by both covid and the stamp duty deadline, David Rayner as the selling agent was always very responsive and helpful. Photography of the flat was great, the viewings were quickly organised and a seller found speedily.
