Rayners are the nicest agents i have ever dealt with! They do everything by the book but in a good traditional way. You really appreciate that this is one of the oldest lettings company in East London, and such a good family business. If they are this attentive to the rental market I can't wait to buy through them in the future! Looking through the previous comments I would really question any of the negative posts - there are a couple of other property places called Rayners so assume these were miss posted under here. *** Adding an edit 2 years later below **** Our experience of Rayners has been no different to the above (written a couple of months into our tenancy) throughout our two years renting with them. Any issues and they are sorted swiftly and quickly, as for check out. This was so efficient and smooth. Our deposit returned quickly and full communication throughout the whole process. I feel it is important to stress the check out side of things as this can be the most stressful part of moving home! I've rented for almost 15 years (10+ in London) and never had such lovely agents. I forget they are not the actual landlords at times as they just want to make sure we are happy and that the property is well looked after - any repairs are done properly as if it was their own place. If we weren't moving out of their area we would have stayed with them longer.

Rayners are the best letting agent I have had experience with in the 3 years I have been a tenant in London. Professional, quick to respond whenever I had a query or problem within my home and understanding of my situation when I had to leave my contract early. In fact, the whole team have always been a pleasure to deal with - friendly, efficient, honest and fair.
