GoogleI have nothing but good things to say about Rayners. They rented out my house for me way back in 1989 and now we are selling up, there was no-one else we ever would have sold through. GoogleDuring my tenancy wth Rayners I have had no complaints, they handled my moving in and out process very quickly and with no stress. Our washing machine broke and was replaced very quickly, the windows and doors needed painting, this was arranged quickly. The same goes for when the seal broke on the oven. Overall great service. I would definitely rent with them again.

GoogleComplete cowboys. Avoid at all costs. Or if you must deal with them, get everything in writing as they will no doubt attempt to screw you over at some point.

Thanks for taking the time to post this. Obviously we're disappointed that you felt our customer service was not as it should be. In order to protect our landlords, tenants and our own reputation as one of Hackney's most trusted lettings agents, we need to establish background information about enquirers and follow a consistent procedure to determine references, affordabilty and general suitability for our services - both tenants and landlords. Whilst we are sorry to receive negative feedback like this we cannot compromise on the quality of our service.

It's true that we are one of Hackney's busiest agencies, but that's because we have been in business for 30 years here and have built up an excellent rapport with our Landlords and tenants - as can be evidenced by the positive reviews here. As a result we manage hundreds of properties and are the first call for tenants looking to rent quality property in this area. Rental property is at a premium currently in London, particularly as new licensing rules are discouraging landlords from letting their property, so property is never on the market for very long. GoogleI have been fortunate with landlords in the past but Rayners are exceptional. The rent on my beautiful flat is good value and their service is second to none. On the rare occasion I have had a maintenance requirement they have dealt with it immediately. They are friendly, professional and care about their business and their customers. I recommend Rayners wholeheartedly.

GoogleTheir service was professional, but what I really appreciated was how friendly they have always been. As a renter I never felt that they were only working for the landlord, as is frequently the case. It was a pleasure to rent my last flat through Rayners, and I'd definitely use them again.

GoogleWe have been renting with Rayners for the last 4 years. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Really friendly, approachable with very reasonable fees. They have always understanding to our needs as tenants whatever they might be. I would love my next property to be with the same company.

GoogleI have been a tenant on one of their properties in Hackney for 3 years, They are very efficient and reliable letting agents responding quick to emails and problem solving( heating, maintenance, etc ) Also your deposit is kept on a Tenancy Deposit Scheme. I would strongly recommend!
