This rating is purely for the lady who answered my call to make a complaint. She was excellent. and polite, even though I was annoyed at having been woken up at midnight with a 'message to text' phone call from Property Solvers. I then got another call, and to ensure they couldn't call again, I unplugged my landline. I had rung Property Solvers some time ago to remove my number from their list, but obviously that had fallen on deaf ears.

Absolute waste of time and energy, filled in the online form, and the online system arranged a time of 11am on the 26th March, however got no call. When I ring the Ruban number get no response or call you back later, then get no calls, seems these guys have lost the plot and waste everyones time.
This gentleman is a scammer leaving a review under a false name and company. I was responding to him but then stopped as we were receiving suspicious emails. I have full proof (in the form of email chains and text messages) of what transpired here yet Trustpilot still did not seem interested in my side of the story...Ruban Selvanayagam - Property Solvers

I dealt with 2 people in total to try to sell my house and they both was amazing 1 imparticular person was available night and day 7 days a week if you needed to know anything he would do his best to help you so my experience overall even though I didn't manage to sell my house was great and I would highly recommend people to go with property Solvers in the future

Hello Samantha,Thank you for editing this review and apologies for any miscommunication. Nonetheless, we still feel it is defamatory in its nature given the condition of your property. Our offers are very competitive in our industry and what we stated was not 'far less' than the market value.We take our (very rare) negative feedback very seriously and are certainly not averse to constructive criticism. However, expecting the full market value for a 7-day cash sale (with no fees) of a property that needs what appears to be quite extensive refurbishment - not simply decorating - is unrealistic. It was explained clearly that the only way to achieve the full market value would be to advertise this property using an estate agent (or possibly an auction house). The timeframes would be between 2-6+ months which is not what you were looking for. Please be aware that open market buyers will, by and large, be thinking about the amount of works required too. You may be lucky in the current hot market and perhaps find a local buyer who will pay the full market value despite the renovation costs. Although, in our experience, these types of sales tend to fall through at the point of survey.I sincerely hope you will consider our point of view and remove this review completely. We will be seeking legal advice still as our view remains that this is a completely unfair summary of how we operate + how other sellers may perceive the company.Regards,Ruban SelvanayagamProperty Solvers***EDITED RESPONSE***
