TrustpilotThis company was upfront
This company was upfront. They didn’t offer an unrealistic price for my house. They told me what I didn’t want to hear straight away and then even though it was no benefit to them explained my best course of action. So I’m ranking them highly based on their transparency and decency

I was dreading the concept of selling my property, I was dreading the concept of my premises being on the market for an extended time & becoming a problem or hassle to move, but the people at property Solvers were very good!

TrustpilotWe had a difficult house to sell
We had a difficult house to sell due to its unique construction, and although communication wasn’t always perfect, the team at Property Solvers didn’t give up. After an initial auction route fell through, they quickly tried a different approach, and thanks to their persistence, we got the house sold. We really appreciate their tenacity in getting the job done.

TrustpilotProperty solvers sold my leasehold flat…
Property solvers sold my leasehold flat vis online auction. From start to finish they were effective and efficient. Jacob at the front end was thorough; the marketing of the property was excellent. Jane & Michael who assisted with the negotiations through were exceptional, very efficient and honest. I would use this company again. I was nervous as I had not sold via auction before; but this team were very good. The flat was sold and quickly. I would recommend this company

TrustpilotQuick sale
Needed to sell quickly and came across Property Solvers in an online article. I was already talking to another company but was attracted to PS's promise that they do not drop their offer price. And they were true to their word. Plus they completed amazingly quickly without repeat visits by valuers or structural surveyors, and no withdrawal or lawyers fees either. They saw, they liked, they offered, they bought! All within 10 days. Meanwhile the other company offered a much higher price, but guess what? That company dropped their offer drastically which just shows that other companies try to lure you in with unrealistic offers. PS have such a great team too, Jacob and James showed great consideration with some personal issues I was going through. If you have to sell quickly, and understand that the offer will be less than market value, then this is the company to use.

GoogleSalman was a very kind and considerate person, he took the time to contact me on numerous occasions, clear in his explanations of how his organization works and it’s methods and always seemed genuinely interested in helping. While at this juncture we chose to not proceed, in the event that things don’t progress as hoped, we are confident that we can always count on his advice, courtesy and expertise.
