TrustpilotThe sale of my property went smoothly
The sale of my property went smoothly, and made what was a difficult choice so much easier. The process was explained fully, and at each stage communication was over what I expected. Should I be in the situation I found myself again - I would 100% use them again.

TrustpilotGreat Information
So the advert gave the impression the company sold property by auction. This was not the case, however they phoned back and gave me loads of information which was very helpful

Hi Bob - Happy New Year!Yes, we run our own regulated auction platform but we usually start by having a conversation with regards to your goals regarding the sale of your house. We can then build the most appropriate solution around that.Glad we could be of help and look forward to keeping in touch.Best regards,Ruban Selvanayagam and The Team at Property Solvers

TrustpilotExcellent
Ruban at Property Solvers could not have been more helpful about my problem property. It was easy to have a clear and professional conversation in which I was told exactly how the company work and the processes that are taken when selling your property.Ruban collected all relevant legal documents and forwarded them to the companies legal team. Unfortunately my property was not one that could be acquired by the company (which I was expecting) but Ruban spent a fair amount of time explaining to me about the processes I could take to move my situation on. I was really impressed with the time and knowledge shared and would not hesitate to recommend people towards this company.

TrustpilotWould recommend to manage your sale
We needed to sell our cottage in North wales. Property Solvers have done that for us. Jacob, our designated agent, was in constant contact with updates and made you feel he was working behind the scenes to ensure a sale was found. Thank you property solvers.

Worked with these guys and definitely recommend them. If you don't want cash sale at a lower price they have other options where you can get more money but you'll have to wait longer - nowhere near what you'll have to wait for with an estate agent though.
