I’ve had a really positive experience with Prime Residential Manchester since moving into my new apartment a few weeks ago. The whole process has been smooth and professional from start to finish. Ellie, the lettings negotiator, was incredibly helpful during the move-in process, friendly, responsive, and made everything straightforward at what can often be a stressful time.

GoogleShaun is not one to trust. Stay away from this agency if you are a tenant. I wouldn’t be surprised if a lot of these reviews were fake. They took our money and put us through months of stress until we reported. The case has now been resolved by a third party but just wanted to warn people to please stay away from these people.

I booked a flat viewing with this agency four days in advance and received a confirmation email within an hour. They even called me four hours before the viewing to confirm. However, when I arrived, after traveling quite a long distance, the viewing was canceled just 10 minutes before the appointment because the tenant hadn’t accepted the booking. The agency failed to communicate this for four days. Canceling at the last minute like this is extremely disrespectful of my time and effort. If there was an issue, they should have informed me much earlier so I wouldn’t have had to make the trip. This level of irresponsibility and poor communication is unacceptable. I’ve never had such a frustrating experience with any other agency. I do not recommend this company.

GoogleI strongly recommend Prime Residential. They have been excellent at finding a tenant for my 3-bedroom house in Oval. Luis gave a lovely impression from the start. He was helpful throughout the process including dealing with things whilst I was out of the country. The management fee is also extremely competitive. Strongly recommended.

GoogleAfter leaving a dreadful letting agency in manchester i leased out my apartment in blackfriars with prime. From initial contact the dialogue was regular and excellent. They retrieved my keys, cleaned apartment,, leased it out within 3 weeks - couldnt be happier with Shaun and his team - truly. Have the feel of a family run agency and not one focussed on volume . GoogleI can honestly say shaun and elliot are fantastic. My daughter is renting a beautiful house through there company. The speed of service from seeing the house to moving in was 4 days. The communication from shaun and elliot was brilliant and nothing was too much to ask. They bent over backwards to get my daughter the keys so we could move her in before we went on holiday. Shaun and elliot are so approachable and very friendly. We are so impressed with them and the company. Thankyou so much for being fantastic ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
