Dealt with Eoghan for moving into a property on short notice, he was great at every step of the process. Clear and responsive email communications, helped push my move date as quickly as could be managed, and got me into my new place the day I had to move out of my old one. Great service, and a credit to the company, I'd use him for every one of my moves if I could!

Since I joined Prime they've set a high bar in which a management company should operate. They have a personalised service are it is evident they work as a fairly close knit team depending on their area of expertise. I've always found Georgia very responsive and helpful whenever I've needed to call upon her.

Me and my flatmate have had such a terrible experience with Prime Residential. We moved out of the flat in July and have yet to receive out deposit back. We agreed on deductions a week after we moved out and have been chasing Prime Residential for our money. They have constantly said we are a priority and yet have been slow to update us on our deposit and the reason for the delays. I think they have dealt with everything in a really unprofessional manner and I don't know if it is the specific employee we have been dealing with or if the whole company is just useless.
