Even though she was busy, she still made sure I had a thorough viewing experience. I also really appreciated that she offered to keep me updated on other available units in the building. Her follow-up approach feels very thoughtful and professional.

I want to give thanks to our property manager Tom. We moved in and was told that he didn’t want to delay move as he knew we was moving up from Folkestone Kent. Tom was extremely honest and when he said he will sort something he did just like.He advise his painter was going in to paint the apartment as tenant is particularly sighted so me and my partner stayed at her mums. We also noted there was 2 new mattress. Thank you Tom exceptional service and could not recommend him and his team all this

The company has been managing the rental of my house for the past 14 months. It all started out very well but over the past 8 months its been a real struggle. They don’t provide any follow up, they do not execute their commitments as per the agreement and they require constant chasing. Its been a nightmare few months dealing with this group.
