GoogleI booked a house viewing with Claudiu in Islington on a Saturday, which was confirmed via phone and email. My husband, 1 year old daughter and I travelled across London to view it and nobody arrived. We were told on the phone that it had been cancelled because it was under offer, and that nobody had bothered to tell us. Don't waste your time with them. There are plenty of professional letting agents in Islington.

GoogleGreat experience with Portico, very personable and didn't feel like your typical 'estate agents'. Even though we didn't find our property with Portico in the end, I would recommend them to anyone as they have some great places on their books and they make the whole experience of finding a home much nicer! GoogleHad a nightmare relationship with Edmund Cude, their staff where impolite and the whole experience felt like being robbed. We had to take Edmund Cude through the TDS where luckily we won back the majority of our money but they fought hard to defend their money grabbing client which was unfair and dishonest. Would urge anyone tempted to find a property through this agency to reconsider.
