GoogleI just had rent a flat with the help of the Islington office. The whole team was very helpful with all our concerns and so comprehensive with what we were looking for about the apartment. I strongly recommend the agency if what you look is a profesional and committed real state assistance.

GoogleWe were so dissatisfied with Portico's service that both us (tenants) and our landlord decided to move to another agency. It is no wonder they have to change the name & branding of the Firm every two year to make up for the bad client experience !

GoogleIf you want to be kept updated, you are clear. They are a complete disaster: I have been waiting for fifteen days to receive my deposit back for a house that I have not even been able to enter because the landlord canceled.

GoogleI had a great experience with Portico. They have a very personalised service and they don't mess you about with group viewings or last minute changes/cancellations. Molly took the time to understand our needs and checked in with us regularly.

GoogleAwful but glad we managed to get some money back through the ombudsman. We had no boiler for weeks in February whilst it was snowing. Our flat was freezing and we had no heating or hot water. AVOID.
