Most awful experience I have had in renting. Me and my friend rented a property in stratford and from the beginning, the agents were not helpful with the vetting/background check process. I would call to ask a question and they would ignore my emails and not answer calls. Then the check out process was worse. They claimed the bases of 2 beds were broken and tried to charge us for this. They have a lot of clauses in their contract that they use to take advantage. In the end we only ended up getting some of our deposit back by going through deposit protection agency. Avoid at all costsNegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism, Value

My experience with Outlook Estate Agents started off a bit rough but it has certainly gotten better after a few weeks. Initially we faced a couple delays in getting responses and repairs done but ever since our property manager Sim Kullar came onboard it's been a better experience. She's prompt in responding and always checks in to ensure we are satisfied with works done. I can say she genuinely cares and works hard to ensure our experience in our property is the best. For that I would definitely recommend .
