GoogleMy name is Kingsley the building manager for Gerry Raffles. I must say I have been impressed by the speed efficiency of Lavona at Portico resolving the leak at one of our flats. She has been quick and easy to communicate with. Also I must thank UK Landlords who have been the contractors who resolved the issue as soon as it was reported. I will recommend to use them to get repairs fixed immediately

GoogleAgreed on a time to visit a property for a viewing on a Saturday. After 1 hr 30 mins of driving and emailing/trying to call the agent upon arrival, i'm informed that the agent doesn't have access to the property and that the viewing is cancelled over email. Agent did not have the decency to answer the phone when I was outside the door of the property trying to call to understand what was going on.

Adnan was the agent that has dealt with my case; he is a great professional: his estimations in terms of times were very accurate, he was also very kind and answered promptly all my calls; furthermore, he was very proactive and gave very useful advises to move things faster and smoothly. I would say that he was the only professional in the painful selling/buying chain that I was part of, who really made things easier for me.
His colleague, Mark, was also very helpful when Adnan was not available.
