We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Yunus throughout our journey to securing our new home. From the very beginning, he was incredibly supportive, patient, and dedicated, giving us his time and guidance every step of the way. The moment we first saw the property, we knew it was exactly what we wanted. There was already strong interest from someone else, but Yunus went above and beyond to make everything possible and ensure that we were able to secure it. We are truly grateful for his effort, commitment, and professionalism. When we collected the keys, we were pleasantly surprised with a thoughtful gift box, which made the moment even more special and memorable. It was such a kind gesture and really shows the level of care he puts into his work. We are now happily settled in a home we absolutely love, and we couldn’t have done it without Yunus. ⚠️WARNING STAY AWAY ⚠️ if you do not want your time wasted, and your money stolen, then I suggest you find another company to deal with. Read below vvvv It’s Been almost two months since paying a deposit for a house we were rejected from. After countless calls and emails and fake promises stating they will send within a week. They pass me over from person to person. Just has me wondering I can’t be the only person they have done this too. I have involved my solicitor so hopefully should be resolved soon and I will be claiming more then what was taken I hope no one has to go through this that’s why Iv written this review stay away you’ve been warned

Forced to pay a no deposit option (you don’t get that money back) and was promised a professional clean when we moved in which we didn’t get. We had to mop as the floors were muddy everywhere from viewings and I had to deep clean the oven as it was very dirty. The bathroom was very dirty too. Asked to pay a cleaning fee when we moved out even though it was cleaner than when we had moved it. Would not rent with Portico again.

In particular Lavona who ensures there are no problems and works hard to ensure tenants are not left in the dark on any reported issues such as faulty appliances or leaky taps. Portico acted as our management agents for a flat in Stratford and were excellent. Prompt and professional in all communications they helped us feel fully confident that our property and tenants were being well cared for. Problems were alertd to us immediately and dealt with rapidly and with quality. Their regular property reports were thorough and accurate with photographs, and a realistic appraisal of normal wear and tear. they hit the three most important objectives in a service industry 100%, namely Available, Affordable, Able We have only moved on from their service as we are taking the flat out of the rental market. Promised a professional clean of the rental property before we moved in because it was covered in mud from viewings in the winter which never happened. Then they forced us to pay a no deposit option which cost us over 1000£ extra over the 2 years we stayed, then they tried to demand we pay them 260£ for a cleaning fee after we left. Absolute joke.

Big shout out to Sukhi, Gintare, Omar and Martyna who helped rent out my property within the week it was advertised for asking price (giving me some offers above asking). They advised me honestly and got the tenants moved in within 2 weeks of me approaching them! Thank you to property management team, Emily and Kennedy who helped set up my gas certificate and pointed me in the right direction for the other licences. Thanks to Shareen, Jean and Jordan who helped with my electric certificate and gave me up to date advice on how to register my deposit with the DPS and how quickly i should do it (its within 28 days btw people!) Thanks so much for helping rent out my property guys. Initially went for a let only service but their ruthless efficiency has convinced me to go fully managed. Highly recommend! :)
