I have been letting my house with Portico since 2012, and over the years had several issues which I had to take care of myself. We have been recently in touch with outlook property while looking for a new home, Martyna Mickeviciute was our agent, she was very considerate of our time since we have been viewing several properties that day, she had given us grace period because we we're running late for our appointment. She probably have seen the looks on our faces that we are not happy with the property she initially have us viewed so she kindly offered another property and even showed us another one. She is very helpful all throughout the process and even until now that we have already acquired the property. She responds quickly to our queries and even when she's unable to attend to us she would leave us in the hands of her colleagues. Outlook property will overall get a 5* rating from me. Shareen was an excellent estate agent to work with, and managed to help us get our full deposit back after many months of negotiations with our Landlord and Outlook. We were bounced between many different estate agents at Outlook for over 3 months before she picked up our case. She gave us the time on the phone to explain the situation and genuinely wanted to help. She promised us that she would go back to the landlord regarding our issues with the deposit, despite the fact that it had been discussed multiple times before. She then made a point to call us back the next day to inform us that she had managed to negotiate our full deposit back, which then arrived in our bank account promptly. A while back, I was looking to relocate, and as I was browsing through all the properties, I found this lovely place that was being advertised under Outlook. So, I reached out to Martyna, who was dealing with this property at the time, regarding a possible online viewing (due to covid). She replied promptly and was very happy to give me a virtual tour round the place, and I liked it instantly, so I went forward with the property. Obviously, it's never fun having to deal with a load of confusing paperwork, but she was extremely helpful, she would reply to any concerns or queries I may have. Even till this point, after settling in my new place, if I ever have any issues, I know I can still reach out to her, which is really great. If asked a year ago, I'd have given one star, as we had a very poor experience with Outlook when we first moved in. However, since Hanna has taken over as our property manager, things have taken a huge positive turn! Even though we've had numerous issues and repairs required, Hanna is incredibly quick to respond, and keeps us updated through the entire process. She is always friendly and polite (despite the fact that she hears from us so often!), and always seems in control, which is a drastic change from the attitude we recieved from Outlook when we first moved in! I've rented in the local area for a few years now, and I've never had a property manager who is as efficient as Hanna is! If I was just reviewing Hanna I'd have given 5 stars, but I've knocked a star off for our prior experience. Also, raising issues using the online system is slightly irritating (although I understand why estate agents operate in this way!)

Absolutely appalled by the lack of responsiveness from this agency. We’ve been 8 days without electricity and hot water, and despite countless attempts to get this resolved, they still haven’t sent anyone physically to the property to assess the issue. Instead, we’re getting excuses, delays, and video calls, none of which can solve the problem. It’s honestly a joke and has made an already difficult situation unbearable. This level of neglect feels like a serious issue, and I believe the council should investigate their practices. Renters deserve better treatment and basic living conditions! Avoid!

I’ve use Outlook for 3 consecutive years and they’ve always found me good tenants that pay. Sukhi is excellent! The problem is that they don’t release the money to the landlord even though they’ve been paid and the tenant occupied the property. They make deductions and retainers for spurious reasons and even managed to hold money on account - for a whole year- without even telling me! I wouldn’t trust them to manage my property but rate them for finding tenants.
