GoogleI would avoid renting from Portico if possible. Not professional and not responsive. Flat handed out exremely dirty even though proffesional clean was discussed , agreed and promised. Property management do not answer phone calls. It took more than three months to fix leaking kitcen and more than a month to replace non-working freezer. Extremely dissapointed.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GooglePortico's customer service has been consistently appalling, with calls left unanswered, emails about necessary repairs and issues with the flat left unanswered for days, and very poor grammar and spelling in official correspondence. They also attempted to charge me and my flatmates illegal tenancy fees, in contravention of the Tenancy Fees Act that passed into law on June 1st. Do not rent with this company.

GooglePortico Head Office provided a dire service to tenants. They take weeks to reply to queries, have let people in to the property without prior agreement, are exceptionally rude and extremely unhelpful. We received the flat in a filthy condition. Our deposit has been withheld beyond the contracted time at the end of the tenancy. Avoid using this agency - tenants and landlords!
