GoogleClaudiu at Portico was very helpful in arranging the viewing for the property we were interested in. When it came to progressing with an offer both Claudiu and Holly answered any questions that we had promptly and made effort to ensure a smooth process. Other agents at Portico have been polite when speaking to them. I would recommend their service.

GooglePortico Head Office provided a dire service to tenants. They take weeks to reply to queries, have let people in to the property without prior agreement, are exceptionally rude and extremely unhelpful. We received the flat in a filthy condition. Our deposit has been withheld beyond the contracted time at the end of the tenancy. Avoid using this agency - tenants and landlords!

GoogleCould not recommend to my worst enemy. From failing to provide an inventory at the beginning of tenancy to failing to release the deposit despite pleas from myself and the landlord (still not releasing the full amount almost 7 weeks after vacating the property), the whole debacle has been painful and tiresome. Avoid at all costs if looking to rent.

As I was moving to the UK from abroad there were some technicalities he had to help me with, which he did very efficiently. GoogleAstronomical fees and they have the nerve to charge other fees like admin fee, using their contract fee etc. They then say that they told you about some of the other fees when they hadn't. Why do people go to estate agents when landlords are advertising the same property for much less?!!

GoogleThe worst Estate Agents in London. Terrible property management services and a dismissive, careless attitude towards their tenants. I have never had to resort the The Property Ombudsman in order to get my voice heard, but Portico really push the limits. Could not regret renting with them more.

GoogleTotal waste of time. The agent we dealt with only cared about rushing us to make large deposits of money in short a amount of time and only had poor customer service in return. They do not deliver their promises and are untrustworthy. Stay away!

Googleshockingly inept for an agency that claims to be high-end. They do not care, and they will keep hold of your money. They have no idea what is going on at any time Standard London estate agents, just more of a rip-off than most.

GoogleTerrible customer service. Rarely respond to emails and phone calls. Rude when you can get in contact. Issues with a property will not get resolved in a timely manner if ever. I would strongly advise picking another letting agent if a landlord or tenant.
