GoogleHidden in the rear end of someones else's run down tiny dated office in the stretch of no mans land between Balham and Tooting. Be ultra careful if any money needs to pass through his hands, need to scrutinise every single step to reduce financial fraud wrapped up in a murky shroud of 'expenses'.
