FacebookExtremely poor service, despite multiple emails we were left to sleep on a broken bed for over 3 months. They started pushing to fix it only after we gave our notice and even had the nerve to send us an email saying that the bed had to be fixed urgently for the new tenants. Utter lack of care yet very quick at asking for extra money. Definitely not recommended.

GoogleNot surprising as like most estate agents in London did whatever they could to take our deposit - £100's for hoover 1 room etc. What was surprising was the fairly aggressive form of communication.
Dear Hayley, I am very sorry but I think you have the wrong estate agents, we do not have any tenants with your name and we have not withheld any deposit monies from tenants for vacuuming a room. We are a small family owned firm of estate agents and know all of our tenants very well. All estate agents have a complaint procedure and I would recommend that you contact the estate agent in question and raise a complaint with their principle. In the meanwhile, I would be grateful if you could remove your review and post to the correct company, best of luck with your complaint.
