GoogleWe secured a property and sent a holding fee, but then heard nothing back from the agency. When we eventually called, they informed us that we didn’t get the property because the landlord had gone private, but they also mentioned that someone else had paid more, one of these explanations is clearly a lie. We received no communication from them, and if we hadn't called, they wouldn't have even processed a refund of our holding deposit. It was a terrible experience.

GoogleYou definitely do not work with this real estate agent. They always lied to me.They made me wait for a long time. They said there was no problem, no worries,your documants is good.and then they said the house was rented to someone else. Then they offered me another house. We arranged an appointment at 14.00. and they said they were going to send me a message. But I called 3 times, they didn't send the appointment message. If you want to waste your time, you can work with Peter-Michael agent. NEVER CONTACT THEM
Dear sir, Apologies for your your recent experience, i have spoken to.the negotiator who was handling this file and they have advised me that the references you submitted were not passable as you did not meet the earning to.rent ratio criteria. You was offered the opportunity to provide us a guarantor to assist you but this took a rather long time on your part and the landlord was not prepared to wait any longer as he had another set of clients waiting who.met all the criteria which he had found privately himself. Your deposit was retuened immediately without any deductions even though you failed to.meet the criteria. Thank you PM Estates

GoogleAbsolutely awful!! Would give no stars if that was an option left me in a waterlogged property with no where to sleep and refused to give any insurance details to get it resolved. In response to your comment, no details of a water leak yet you arranged a plumber to attend the property..... i did call all Saturday afternoon but had no call back. Had to call again this morning to be told you have no insurance details on file......should have received them by the end of today but still waiting........
After searching through our database Karen, your name didnt come up on any of our records. We also have no record at all of any propeery been water logged at the moment, neither have we ever refused insurance details for any genuine claims. . I urge you call the office associated to your Let to have this resolved. Thank you PM Team

GoogleTerrible experience with this agency and their agent, bunch of liars, estate agents like this one must be BANNED FROM TRADING FOREVER. Knowing my current deadline still they managed to waste one week of my deadline period. A series breakage in the law according to the “Guidance for lettings professionals on consumer protection law” content 6 from pages 56 to 64; was made. Made a holding deposit for a flat in which I offered the asking price. The property should come off the market as soon as the deposit is made, first breaking in the law. Then I had to keep chasing for an update, gave all the paperwork, various excuses was given such as couldn’t reach the landlord, etc. Due to my deadline I put them against the wall demanding an answer asap, their reply was that someone made a higher offer for the flat. Requested the deposit immediately which also had to chase. Also I blame the landlord for having various agencies at different prices, this is why the renting market in the chaos due to agencies and landlords acting like this. Do Not Use Them, Not recommended at All!!!
Good afternoon Mr Jesus, We are sorry to hear you have had a bad experience with us. I can confirm that due to the nature of our business, landlords can give there properties to as many agencies as they wish. In this particular event, the landlord did initially agree to your offer and as you said another agent had offered him higher rent. This is not a fault of our own or yours but until a contract is signed the landlord can choose who he wishes to go with. You are also correct in terms of re offering the property via the same agent if they already have a "Holding Depo" But we was not the agent who found the higher rent, this was on offer made by another agent. We never conduct ourselves in this manner but the landlord unfortunately had decided against us and you for this deal. The full holding deposit was refunded back to you. If you would like to further discuss this, please do not hesitate to contact my office at any time. For both our tenants and landlords we are with "NALS" "Safe Agent" & The property Ombudsman. GoogleBeen there on time for a viewing and waited 45 mins for the estate agent to show me the house.. i drove 8 miles from Colindale to Southgate to see a 1 bed flat as they were advertising and i ended up seeing a completely different flat , they showed me a studio which it wasn't that what they where advertising on their site ... Time wasters and unprofessionals ..
