My first impression of Peter Michael Estates Lettings & Property Management was bad, due to the delayed response, but I think this happens because they have a lot of work and don't have much time. I had a problem with this agency, but in reality, my problem was due to a misunderstanding, and the agency was not at fault. Unfortunately, they had to deal with my bad mood. After the misunderstanding was cleared up, my opinion of this agency changed for the better. What I liked the most about this agency is that Peter Souris tried to solve my problem, even though it was not his responsibility, and he was not at fault. I give this agency 5 stars simply because they had to deal with my frustration, even though they were not at fault, and they tried to help me with something that was not their responsibility. I want to thank them and apologize for my behavior.

Really impressed with the service which has set the benchmark high. Our agent Steven is actually wonderful, as he really listens to what your needs are shows real empathy. Always punctual, returns calls promptly and knows the details. Something many of the other agents from other companies lack. We absolutely trust him ( strange to say in this day and age! ) and the fact that he has helped getting us our perfect home is the best recommendation I can make.

Peter Michael has been a pleasure to work with from start to finish. We felt they cared about helping us through the process and communication was great. The staff at Peter Michael Estates were all friendly, efficient and helpful during our property search and move. I would recommend them to any prospective tenant. Steven Carter was especially helpful, great at communicating the process and went above and beyond to ensure our relocation to the area was successful. I cannot thank you all enough- we have a great property in an ideal location.

Rened via these guys. Refused to give me my deposit back and took 3 months as I was in a dispute over bills with british gas. Said they would not give me it back until cleared. Had to clear said bill (even tho Bristish gas have now refunded me because I was right). Then they charged me 500 quid for a light switch that never worked properly any way as ig had some black paint on it. I also had to completely change water in a pond in garden (that had no filter and was filthy when I arrived) There are a few words id love to use, but Google wouldn't approve this honest evaluation. I genuinely feel aorry for whoever has rented out the penthouse apparentment on Beech Hill ave as well.. and dont look to the actual landlord for any help either, part of the same Greek mob.

Since purchasing my property PM estates arranged a full refurbishment, marketing,conducted viewings and found me tenant's before my first mortgage payment was due 4 weeks later. I rented a flat and I was there for 2 years then they told they were going to sell the flat so I gave them the key and they said they were going to give me the deposit money which was more then £1000 and they said they were gonna put the key on my account and give me my money back so the next day I asked them they said next week then the week after I said where’s my money and they kept making excuses and to this day I have not got my money back.Both Peter and Micheal are the both the worlds biggest liars and both the biggest begs.They act all nice then lie to you.You can tell they have been running this lying business for a long time from all those wrinkles.

Hello Charlie, I am responding back to your aligations that you have not received your deposit back, it is very upsetting to read that you feel that we have not assisted in getting your deposit returned. I have searched our records and can not see any Charlie that has moved out of any of our properties recently. I have then done a full search of of data base to see if there is a Charlie living in any of our managed properties and can not find anything. Therefore I am struggling to understand how we could of got to this position. All deposits are registered in deposit schemes as required by UK law and no monies can be touched unless authorised by the tenant. Additionally if there is any reason that you feel things are not progressing to your satisfaction, you can contact the deposit company directly who will act on your behalf, but we never let things get to this stage, without a valid reason, ie the landlord wants to claim part of the deposit for damages, cleaning etc. I would request that you call the office and ASAP and ask.to speak with Peter or Michael and we will address this with immediate effect, should this be a genuine claim. Additionally have you got the right Peter Michael?. I ask this question as there are other agencies with.the same name in other areas.

Very poor service attitude. When I made an appointment to view the house, I was quickly inspected without waiting for me 。 Just go and greet the next house-viewing guest. He told me he would contact me later. When I got home, I contacted the agent and said I wanted to go forward. He told me he is happy that and he would send me an email for more, but he only sent a few questions. I answered all the questions, and still haven't received any reply.
