GoogleWithin the current market to find an agent to actually offer you an alternative property as the one I enquired about was agreed that morning, left me shocked.
Steven then showed me the apartment later the same day to then have it agreed for me and references passed within 24 hours.
The stress and worry was simply lifted from shoulders with such ease! This gentleman is not a typical agent thinking about his next commission but actually how he can help you find a place called home!
If I were to ever become a landlord myself, Steven would be the agent I would go to.

GoogleIncredibly unprofessional estate agents. Called to arrange a viewing, and was told deposit could be a month’s rent. At the viewing, was told not only would it have to be 6 weeks, but also that the advertisement was false and that the flat didn’t come with bills included, despite this being stated very clearly (a number of exclamation marks were used). Individual on the phone was very rude when I called to clarify this, and at no point apologised for messing me around/lying. (Actually insisted I send them evidence of the incorrect listing, then ignored me when I did send a screenshot.) Complete waste of time and travel expenses. Avoid if possible.

GoogleAbsolute shambles; estate agent couldn’t even find the key to let me into the room when I went to view two property’s in Southgate; took my holding deposit without properly vetting me to see if I was suitable; I’m a first time buyer so sorry if I didn’t let you know of my situation, all the agent had to do was ask but had the cheek to tell me over the phone “that I’m gonna keep losing deposits otherwise” if I don’t sort this out well thanks for showing empathy for someone that’s homeless.

I thought I would have to look else where and was quite upset as I wanted that property. A few weeks later they called me back like they said they would and I got the place in the end. Unfortunately, we encountered some problems with trying to rent this property that were no fault of the estate agents. Steven tried really hard to fix everything for us and kept in contact regularly.
