TrustpilotWe received a great service from Pedder…
We received a great service from Pedder who sold our house when another estate agent couldn’t. Pedder are trustworthy, communicative, knowledgable and really nice people to engage with. We had a great experience during the sale and even better experience during exchange and completion which got very stressful- but we credit Cansu at Pedder for getting our sale over the line. She was wonderful. Thanks for everything!

TrustpilotThanks Pedder
We found the moving process quite stressful and there were a lot of delays. However, whenever we reached out to Pedder and, in particular, Ben, he always was available and seemed keen to help. He’d always follow up with the parties and tried to move things forward. We’ve now moved and are very happy to be in our new home. Thanks Pedder!

TrustpilotPedder - South London's shoddiest estate agents
Quick to get you in and take your money in the first place... following that expect a complete lack of communication and respect. Expect a battle on your hands to get something as simple as your own deposit money back.Even the landlord of all people disagreed with them trying to squeeze a ridiculous amount of money out of me in my case, always check with the landlord instead of going directly to these as they are looking to take advantage in a difficult time for living.I really don't think they particularly care about you at Pedder, which is concerning considering how much money you trust them with. Out of the many shoddy estate agents in London, I think Pedder may take the cake.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. This review is far from the high expectations we set ourselves at Pedder. If you could kindly contact me with your information I will look in to this right away.Very best wishes, Daniel.daniel@pedderproperty.com
