Carolina was amazing! Excellent, friendly, honest and communicative from the get go. It was a much delayed and very stressful process with broker and lawyers, but Carolina was always extremely helpful and a delight to speak to every time, as well as knowledgeable about the process and she gave great advice. Just went in to try and rent my property out and received the worst customer service. This was the 3rd estate agent I’d tried (the first 2 were great and full of info). I asked for some general info on how to rent out my property etc. The man simply responded ‘well what do you want to know?’ I said well let’s start with the price to which he responded ‘15%’. I asked if he has any other info for me and he just said ‘well what do you want to know?’ At this point I just wanted to walk out but asked a simple question just to be polite. I bought with Pedder 5 years ago and thought they were awful then, looks like nothing has changed. Most lazy company in Crystal Palace! I would recommend any other estate agent on the triangle- just avoid this one.

I have used Pedder’s services for just over 4 years now, initially to rent out a flat, and more recently to sell it. I have to say that every single member of the team that I have come across throughout this time has been exceptional. In terms of property management, Andrzej has been absolutely fantastic; dealing with any maintenance issues or queries, always in a very efficient and friendly way. It feels like he’s consistently gone above and beyond to help sort things, even in preparation for the sale of the flat. During the sale, Izabella and Sam were equally amazing. Izabella secured buyers much quicker than I had expected, at a difficult time, and superbly communicated with everyone throughout the whole process to keep everything on track, for a quick, smooth sale. I know they both did so much behind the scenes too in terms of all of the preparation for the sale and the administration up until final completion. Bill was also a pleasure to deal with and provided very fair and realistic valuations and advice at all times; dealing with sensitive situations very tactfully. He clearly leads a great team as there are too many individuals to name everyone! -It really does feel like a true team effort. Something that I have genuinely always really liked is that it feels like they strike a great balance in terms of fairly acting on and behalf of tenants/ landlords and buyers/ sellers, I really respect that. It was my first time renting out/ selling a flat and I always felt completely supported. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Pedder Crystal Palace, whatever your property needs, and I will be sure to contact them again should I ever return to London. Thank you so so much all!
