First time buyers - Great experience

Our experience of purchasing a flat through Peddar was brilliant thanks to the sales assistant manager Carolina. She went above and beyond to make sure we had a smooth process, chasing and pushing things were needed to progress all whilst maintaining a constant stream of communication which we very much appreciated. We're very happy with our purchase and can't fault the service we received from Pedder one bit.

I had Callum as my estate agent for my sale and he was great throughout the whole process. He clearly knew the local area really well and came with a really logically plan and evaluation for the sale. Great communication, quick turnaround time on questions or requests, and the agents were all incredibly friendly. Were able to set up viewings quickly, and identify other new properties that were similar/matched what I was looking for. Cristina was also wonderful in helping arrange a very quick move-in date, and handling the logistics with the landlord to facilitate the move-in.
