Tracey and Emerson has made my experience as a first- time buyer really good, they’ve been providing advise and updates from their side. Due to the constant fluctuation in mortgage rates and help to buy rechecking the affordability with follow on interest rate, I nearly lost the offer for the flat. However, Emerson went above and beyond (x10) to help me, was extremely supportive and kept me informed about the next steps the entire period. I highly recommend for anyone looking at properties to reach out to Emerson and Tracey, they’ve been amazing throughout the journey. Amazing service at The Lanes at Thorn Fields

We have completed our reservation with Kirstie Foley. Kirstie was so professional, welcoming, caring and supportive. Joseph Grant was also there to answer all of our questions, was super friendly and very reassuring.My husband and I absolutely loved our appointment, and we are so happy to have reserved a plot with Catalyst. We have spoken to various developers in Houghton Regis this year, and none of them beats Kirstie's great customer service at all. Buying a house should not be stressful like other developers make you feel, they should all learn from Kirstie and Joseph.

Kirstie and Joseph ( The Lanes) have been an absolute rock thought, From is looking for our home to the day we moved in and completed their support has just been wonderful! Joseph is so lovely and friendly, he made sure all our worries or questions were met and he was very easy to communicate with. Kirstie helped us move into our home and I think we can all say, moving is very stressful. We had some worries that day and was close to not moving in, but with Kirstie’s patience, kind heart and persistence we managed to complete on the day. Kirstie even stayed late out of her working hours to make sure we had a home to go to! She was an absolute angel and we are forever grateful. I would highly recommend! The Team are just wonderful!

Bought our first home with Catalyst Thorn Lane via the shared ownership scheme. Joseph has been brilliant and helpful from the beginning all the way till he handed us our keys. Very accommodating and answered our queries as best as he could. Was getting worried about the delay but Joseph has been very good at keeping us up to date. Was only offered to choose the kitchen units color as personal touch and nothing else. ( would have like to choose about carpet/flooring, wardrobe if allowed to). But overall experience has been very exciting and satisfying. Extremely happy with the whole process and very grateful for all the help and assistance.

4 bed home

We bought a new build 4 bed home in Walkern with Catalyst and used the assisted move scheme. The scheme was great as it helped us save money with fees and enabled us to reserve the house while we sold. From the first day we viewed our new house up until completion, the sales Executive Steve Spelman has been amazing. He has gone above and beyond to help us, including showing us around the area before we made the decision to buy. Although we were delayed by around 3 months, Steve regularly updated us with the progress of our house and would always respond to us quickly when we called or emailed him. We were also able to visit the site regularly to view the progress. Without the updates we would have struggled to plan ahead as there was a lack of clarity around our completion date due to the delays. Since moving in to our house this week, the site manager Vince has been brilliant with sorting our snags and comes the same day as reporting them to try and rectify asap. We have had our home inspected and although there are some snags as expected with all new build homes, the quality and build is to an excellent standard. The customer service we have received so far has been brilliant. Thank you to Steve, Vince and their teams. I would recommend buying a home with Catalyst.

Stefan assisted me throughout most of the buying process along with Emanuel and both were always willing to answer any (of my numerous) questions about the flat. Stefan even accepted to jump on a video call once to show me how the building was going. One thing I think would have made the process even smoother would have been more regular updates on progress and completion dates - it felt like it was me needing to chase for these. I also think the recommended solicitors should consider implementing a more modern way of sharing documents and possibly a digital process tracker - it felt like keeping track of what needed to be done and when could have been easier and clearer. However 5 stars for Stefan and the team at Catalyst

Have recently got keys to our home at the folium, My experience here is more of the experience with the buying process and not the living experience as we are yet to move in.Stefan has been a fantastic friend. I have lived in my property for 11 years and the past few years Peabody have taken charge. Since the end of last year I have been trying to sell the property, however I was never given the updated lease when my ex husband left the home, of which I need to start the selling process. Over the past 3 months I have spoken to numerous people at Peabody who have given completely different answers from the solicitor should of given it to me or yes we can send it but you have to pay, to simply telling me they have opened a case and then closed it with nothing being done.

We are delighted with the service from Emerson and Tracey in the sales team. They are very proactive at answering the questions, and we had a lot of questions since we are first-time buyers. There was a bit of delay in the exchange of contracts due to a document not being sent on time from the Peabody head office. Emerson kept following up to try to expedite our sale. I could not recommend enough using Emerson and Tracey as partners to work with in a future property purchase.

Stefan has been an excellent representative for Catalyst. He is calm in the face of the stress of buying a new home and is reassuring as possible. He will not lead you on with false promises, and instead tried to realistically manage your expectations which is a better approach in the long run. He will fight on your behalf when you have problems and will do his best to work with your personal circumstances. The aftercare is a bit of a black hole though - you cannot talk with the aftercare team directly and instead need to either hassle customer services or your sales rep - neither of whom can do anything to help other than forward your query on.
