I have just completed on my new home at Honeybrooke, Stoke Hammond. The whole experience has been an absolute pleasure even through the stressful parts. The communication I received was first class. Charli Parsons, was on hand every step of the way to answer any questions I had, no matter how small or silly. I would highly recommend Peabody especially Charli and Gabriella. A big thank you to Ilona Barkane - Peabody - her service delivery and customer care was the best we’ve encountered in any environment. She was constantly available and often with little warning; to allow us to view the flat on numerous occasions and provided valuable assistance and advice on all frontiers relating to our purchase. Without her relaying info to her corporate body and their solicitors, we would not have had such a smooth transition from viewing to sale in a such a short period. Words do not do her services justice and she is a credit to Peabody and the quality home they have provided with all the bells and whistles included. Tracey Harvey worst sales person ever

Tracey Harvey has been one of the most unpleasant people I ever dealt with, extremely rude, very bad attitude. She has a judgmental approach with absolutely no basis regarding my financial situation also considering that she had no clue what "dividends" means so that says a lot. This has caused me to do not pursue any further interest in the development as the process has been very unpleasant including being hanged up on during a call. DO NOT RECCOMEND!!!

Massive thank you to Kirstie at the Lanes who has been an absolute star throughout our whole house buying journey. We had a range of personal hurdles along the way and Kirstie was always available to advise and was very proactive when things needed following up or just simply providing information and reassurance. We’d also like to also thank Kirstie and the rest of the team for the transparency throughout this whole process. At no point did we ever felt led on or as though we were being given contradicting information. Everything from booking a house viewing to physically moving has been straightforward and we are now settled into our beautiful house which already feels like home! I've recently moved in to my new home at Newman place development and I was dealing with both Charli and Gabriella on a regular basis. The whole purchase process was very smooth and easy, very clear and regular communications with both ladies meant I was kept up to date at all times. Exchanging Contracts

I've just recently exchanged contracts for a house within this development. Kirstie @The Lanes has been really helpful and informative throughout. It's a daunting prospect buying a first home and everything, so far, has been a fairly smooth process. I met Kirstie face to face at reservation and she was really professional and helped answer all of my many questions. She pointed me in the right direction as to who to contact moving forward and I knew she would always be on hand to answer any questions should I need help. I did wait a while for the allocation but I'm happy it's worked out this way. Things always work out for the best in the end and I'm very happy and excited to be moving into my new home.

Having initially looked into purchasing a SO property in September, Illone was extremely helpful without being pushy, which is often the case with the most sales representatives.When I returned in January and being under strict time frames as my rental property was due to end inside 8 weeks, Ilone again was extremely helpful and understanding of my situation. Very efficient! Charli and Gabriela have been very easy to work with, we're first time buyers and so naturally we had many questions, both have answered any questions we've asked quickly no matter how stupid! Charli has been very on the ball with getting things filled out and signed in order to complete the sales process, this is helpful when navigating a process such as buying a house for the first time. Tracey and Emerson were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the purchase process - it was lovely to feel that there was somebody on our side.They went out of their way to help us push the process along when they could, despite clearly being very busy. They’ve also been a cheerful - and again, helpful - presence while remaining at the development and have been very willing to take steps to assist with queries and issues where these have arisen.
