Friendly and helpful staff throughout the purchase for a quality home that we managed to move in to (just before the lockdown!). There are some snags as houses inevitably have; Aftercare has addressed some, and some now put on hold given the circumstances - I'm reasonably comfortable that they'll be addressed. Will update after some time!

I had good pre-sales experience up till the moment the contracts were exchanged. The house completion could have been better. Had issues getting the front yard and the garden cleaned on time, but sorted it out in a few weeks. There are few lingering which are still being worked on by the after sales.

Overall the experience of buying my home was stressful as you can imagine. Purchasing a home moving through the pandemic has an experience. Our sales rep was great at the latter stages of the our experience especially when we completed . New home start - what more can I say.
