Totally disappointed

Unable to get an answer on the phone even on the emergency number. Phone rings and rings then cuts off. Repairs take ages to complete. No response to emails or complaints. Disillusioned and disappointed with this company.

Do not buy from catalysts.

I just here to again remind you that their homes are full of issues. When I sent them a snagger report before their one-year warranty expired, they simply didn't respond to me. And I bought 100% of the property, God knows how bad they treat their shared-ownership ones. The only response you probably get from them will be under this review that I need to contact them. believe me I have gone this path multiple times. Nothing happens . these are all just a show to show they care about the people. believe me they don't. # this part has been censored by request of catalyst instead of asking me why I said that # they are just generally terrible. I wish I could do more to inform people some way or another, maybe by another mean with more reach but this is all I can do for now. I can only to write reviews and pray to God to help me to inform you before it is too late for you and go buy your future from someone else. I beg you, for love of God, do not buy from catalyst, their warranty is technically non-existent, and their built quality is extremely poor. I'm just writing this to help the new buyers. I'm under water anyway and have to accept that I'm one of the victims but at least I can warn others. The good reviews are more about the sales process like arrange a viewing. but in reality, their sales lied to me that homes have 1 year warranty (technically it's not true) , and they said the community land is private property, but it is a public (and used by hospital employees next door for smoking). The say anything to make you buy the property and then when you pay, they ignore you.One more advice, please first find your solicitor or conveyancer and do not use the one they recommend and preferably use a firm also has lawyer and not just a conveyancing firm.

Before you buy a new home from Peabody, check out their 'after sales' experience, look at reviews on Trustpilot page for parent-company Peabody.co.ukThe sale might be pleasant but then you're stuck with a landlord who increases estate service charges 50% year on year, promises 'concierge' and 'community', actually delivers worse than no service at all. From a leaseholder resident 5-6 years in SW11.
