Horrible, 9 years of complaining, damp,mouldy, leaking ceiling, after using a disrepair solicitor and winning the case still no work undertaken,, 1 year after completion date still NO WORK . DISGUSTING

We’ve had a really positive experience buying with Catalyst and thankfully haven’t felt us moving into our first home during lockdown has been negatively impacted at all. Alison our sales exec has been great throughout, she’s lovely and any queries I’ve had have always been answered and solved pretty much immediately. Alison and after care have regularly checked in with us to make sure we are settling in and we really appreciate it!

Once you have paid you are totally forgotten! Been in a new but for 19 months now and we have so many outstanding issues, such as continue loss of water or hot water! You have to fight for every repair, and communication is a disgrace!

My many inquieres were answered in a swift and polite manner and Sam, Emmanuel and Stefan (the latter two of whom I met in person) were pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. Stefan even thoughtfully arranged for a bottle of bubbly to be in my fridge on the day of completion.
