We had a delay of 18 months before we finally got the keys to our place, having said that the whole world was in suspended animation for the best part of two years, cannot fault any of the staff at catalyst, throughout they have been proffesional and courteous, we are in our place, everyone is happy .

Beware & ask any existing buyers.. They all have there own building issues sadly. Higher price much lower quality, 4 months in & still multiple defects SE11. They Build a phase & move on, your left with defects & no alternatives. Concierge team 100% magnificent
