Ones you buy a house, they start to ignore you . Extremely poor communication. Lots of things are not fixed, no answer for an email, I wouldn’t buy again from Catalist .

The service charges are extremely high. For a one bedroom flat you pay over 3000 pounds a year. They are not worth the money and you will be unable to sell them when buyers realise the high service charges.Peabody are incompetent and mismanage. I would not recommend
