Don't bother with estate agents!Using traditional estate agents, we spent weeks trying to get viewings, only to wait for the landlord to choose somebody else. With OpenRent you can actually establish a rapport with the landlord and get a better idea of what you're signing up for. Turnover with openrent is rapid and would definitely use again

Openrent are the best in the business both for landlords and tenants. I have recommended them to my friends who have used agents and had a bad experience. My friends can’t believe how good they are and cheap they are. All my best tenants come from open rent.

Unfortunately these days I find virtually everyone I deal with fall well short and make a mess of things and I have to spend so much time sorting out their mess! Not these guys, when they say they'll do something they do it, and fast. Best company I have dealt with in years and I have come across loads in almost 30 years. I have no hesitation in recommending OpenRent. Very transparent about the whole process and reasonably priced too. They give you the facts, offer you supporting services but don't push you into having to take them. All in all, they made what could have been a very stressful experience totally manageable so thank you OpenRent!

OpenRent is unbeatable for private landlords. It provides a great communication portal and makes it easy to keep track of your enquiries. My only criticism is that there seems to be no way to prevent interested tenants from placing a deposit when you have not decided to offer them a tenancy.

I had about 28 enquiries and my Letting Agent who costs me over 1000 a year arranged maybe 1 viewing. Very smooth and prompt process - except the right to rent/ live in UK - this needs to be improved my tenants do have this right and OpenRent was sent this evidence and did not verify.

Have used Openrent for a few years now for my Landlord gas certificates. All the engineers have been great, never had any issues. A bonus is they send out a regular, succinct and easy to read newsletter to keep landlords up to date with changes which is really useful.

If you want to rent out your property this is the place where to go. It is a self-serving platform with all the stuff you need to rent and manage your property, also from a legal stand point. Much cheaper than going through an agency and honestly it does not take a lot of time if you do it yourself, viewings included.
