Great portal to advertise property, with links to other National advertising platforms. It feels like a community, where people list and apply for properties. I like when applicants give a little background to their story and why they are looking to rent. It really helps in deciding on finding the right tenant.

Super service and super kind and just amazing non-stop. If you struggle to let out your flat as I did and your agent has done what they can.. this is your absolute must! I wish I had discovered them a long time ago. Next time one of my flats are free I will head over here at once! not 9 months later! Within one month I had a new tenant. Super thanks!

Excellent service, so easy to create an advert, upload photos etc. All services available if required, from gas safety cert. to accompanied viewing service - as much or as little as you require. Helpful customer service team, replied to my emails within a couple of hours. Very pleased with results and the price is incredible for the service given, highly recommend.

I have been using open rent for a few years and they provide a very good service options with good pricing. I have always found a tenant through them. It would be nice if they had an app but there online web service is accessible via a browser and satisfactory.

I’ve used OpenRent over 5 times to find tenants for different properties and it works really well, saving me over £10,000 in letting Agent fees that I had previously paid when using high street agents! Wow!Love the use of technology.I think they could enhance the service by allowing landlords to hold their own deposits under insurance based schemes like My Deposits, rather than only offering a custodial deposit service.Anyway, great business. Very happy.

I don't think open rent are terrible but their refencing is utterly woeful, not fit for purpose at all.

Great way to advertise a property to let. Cheap, great portal, easy to use and allows easy communication with any enquiries.If you wish to let out a property and manage it yourself, why would you use an expensive bricks and mortar letting agent? It's a no brainer.
