The website was easy to use and load photographs and any other details like EPC. It was immediately listed on the nation websites like Rightmove and Zoopla and I received enquiries quickly. These arrive by both text message and email so you can't miss an enquiry when one comes. In fact I listed one day, has 10 positive viewing requests within 48 hours and within that 48 hours had a tough decision to make between several candidates who fulfilled all the requirements to rent. Without doubt I would use again.

A great way to let your property without paying astronomical agents fees! All referencing is available as well. I personally haven’t ordered the gas and EHCR because I have my own tradesmen but this is an excellent service. I will continue to use OpenRent.

Easy and can cost nothing if you are an experienced landlord and are able to do your own referencing.Saves so much on agents fees. Their system of Pre Verifying potential tenants saves time, however their referencing service is also very good and efficient

As a landlord I’ve used open rent a few times now. It’s an inexpensive way of letting. I’ve had a tremendous amount of enquiries. A great percentage though didn’t meet the criteria which was in the advert, which when you reply to everyone, takes a lot of time and is disappointing to the tenant.
