TrustpilotI have used OpenRent to find tenants for 3 properties giving a huge £5800 saving in letting agent fees
I have now used OpenRent to find tenants for 3 properties. I was skeptical, but for 2 of the properties we secured a tenant on the 1st day of viewing! I ran local letting agents alongside OpenRent to encourage competition, but they did not deliver as quickly as OpenRent did. Using OpenRent has saved me a significant amount of money, £2000, £1300 and £2400 for the 3 properties, so a total of £5800 which I would have paid to letting agents. The Open rent cost was less than £50 per property so £150 across all 3 properties, quite a saving!The tenants for the 3rd property wanted to move in a month after agreeing, so the saving in agent fee was ofset by the lost rent for a month, but hopefully the tenants will stay for multiple years and the saving in not paying the agent again in year 2 or year 3 will be substantial. Highly recommend

Wonderful service - it was a choice between OpenRent or UPad who seemed to offer the same service but the rates are vastly different in favour of OpenRent (so much so that I had to call both services as it seemed weird that was the case). Very happy with OpenRent; we used their photography service which was fantastically priced and efficient and the reference service @ £20 per tenant. I will wholeheartedly use them again and I will not use a letting agent again!
