I used OpenRent to find a tenant for my property in Sunderland. It took 2 goes, the first tenant paid a holding deposit, but did not proceed. Then the second time round we had success, tenant moved in today! I also had 2 local letting agents help but they did not have any success, saved me maybe £600 in Agent fees, many thanks!
