Great response to the advert , used the filters and automated responses to sort through applications. Let in 2 Days . Personally don’t use the rent now service as we have a preferred supplier for references and contracts. Still 10 times better 10 times cheaper than High Street Agents .

This service was really speedy- it helped us to respectfully decline a prospective tenant.It may have saved us a fortune and a lot of stress in the long term.I expected it to take 5 days for the comprehensive service but was back in 2 with the fail and 1 with the tenant that we chose.For £20 it would be foolish not to check every tenant.

My first time using OpenRent and must say, its been a excellent in terms of sending prospective tenants my way and the full support they provide for landlords around managing the whole process. I used to use an agency and paid them an extortionate amount in finders fees where this is an insignificant cost. It also allowed me to meet and greet the tenants myself which gives you a better sense of who you may be getting into a contractual relationship with. they offer up to date contracts also services to keep up to date with certification. for a small portfolio, I'll not be using agencies again!

First class experience from start to finish. Highly recommend any landlord to use Open rent with their rental properties. All documents sorted online and able to download. Rent and bond sorted and paid to landlord. Very easy to use and a smooth process for myself.

My first time using openrent but I wouldn’t hesitate to use again. I asked quite a few questions from the support teams and community and got answers quickly and informative. A few lessons were learnt especially managing viewings and filtering enquiries but next time I will be prepared. The emails were easy to understand as the process went through the stages and altering the contract for 9 months rent in advance was easy. The payment arrived right on time and the whole process was extremely competitive on price. I have not got a portfolio of properties so this experience comes from a one property landlord. My reason for using openrent was previous experience of local agents, I found lazy, arrogant and poor at communication with tenants.

Open rent is a simple cost effective platform for those Landlords that are happy to arrange vewings. The platform is easy to navigate and easy to keep track of your propoperties and enquiries. I have been using the platform for a number of years and cannot recommend it enough.

I would highly recommend Openrent, Very user friendly I created my advert very quickly and they advert was posted on Zoopla and Rightmove and I had excellent response. We chose Tenants and used the referencing service which was also quick and easy to use. I was told by a local agent that i was asking too much for the property but i had no issues renting so their advise was poor! This service saves you a lot of money!Thank you.

As a landlord, I've been receiving scams instead of real tenants' requests. Don't use their landlord certificate service, they arranged a supplier and cancelled me at the last minute.

Personally, I've found my experience with OpenRent to be great.Everything from start to finish was so seamless and at first, I was not going to do a reference check with them but I thought it would be easier to keep it all within the platform and it worked out well. Couldn't recommend it enough really! Found a great tenant within 5 days and at a total cost of £80 (including referencing) compared to a quoted cost of £500 from my local estate agency.

Excellent services. The OpenRent advertising packages and tenant referencing is absolutely brilliant.My latest property didn't even need publishing to Rightmove such is the popularity of the OpenRent platform.I had 10 viewings booked with a couple of days of advertising and then the tenants were fully referenced 48hrs after commencing the process.Very impressed and would highly recommend!

Love Open Rent. To be able to write your own listing, with your own photos and have it advertised on Rightmove and Zoopla for a very reasonable price is fantastic. Open Rent let me know as soon as an enquiry was made and I was able to contact that person and arrange a viewing. Open Rent allow you to do as much or as little as you want without the need of an agent. In my case I also used them for referencing. Will definitely use them for all future lettings.

This was my first time using Open Rent and I found the site easy to use.I particularly appreciated the buffer element of communicating with enquirers via the site rather than giving my direct contact details and the ability to set up screening questions was very helpful - next time I need to advertise a property I will make better use of this facility.Overall a very efficient and cost effective tool for advertising a property to let - would highly recommend.

I have used Openrent now for several years to advertise properties. My only negative is that it can take time for them to respond to questions and the telephone number given on their website is just another way of leaving a message. However, I have looked at alternatives, and compared to competition they are competitive and it is an easy to use site, very comprehensive and easy to select whichever services are useful.

We just moved in the UK with no information how the rental process works. OpenRent enabled us to contact the landlord directly where you could also see the return rates. We handled all the paperwork via OpenRent step by step and it was really helpful; we didn't have to follow-up what to be done next by ourselves. Also, ''Just MoveIn'' service was great bonus which we didn't know about. Highly recommended.

I just wanted to leave a message/review to say Thankyou for a great service from Openrent. I have had 3 BTL properties now for around 7 years and have managed all of them through Openrent. With change of tenancies this has involved over 10 different tenants who have also been very happy with the service. As a new landlord to BTL at the time it took away all the hassle and the process was seamless. I have recommended Openrent to lots of friends who have been very happy. Keep up the good work and well done to the whole team.

I have been using Openrent for over a decade now. They always find me multiple applicants within days of placing an advert. they do the credit checks and all the legal requirements (including the lease) for me and even collect the rent. All for a fraction of what the estate agents used to charge. I have recommended them many times and will continue to do so
