GoogleI had the absolute pleasure to deal with Tim Fifield who helped me to sort out a beautiful flat for my move to London. I initially asked about a specific property where the offer was already accepted and Tim took it on himself to secure a much better place for me (under the asking price) through his amazing relationship with the landlord and taking the time to really understand what I'm looking for. Having lived in London for years prior I've dealt with multiple agencies and agents. He really made everything very easy and went above and beyond, working out of hours, to get the property secured and the contract + all the relevant details in place
I would highly recommend him to anyone, am delighted with my new flat and am sure the tenant/agency relationship will be extremely positive

GoogleCharles from Oliver's Town, was fantastic.
We were buying a property in Tufnell Park and we had previously dealt with other estate agents that we were not very happy with. But then we chose Oliver's Town and when dealing with Charles he put the previous agents I had dealt with to shame and restored my faith in estate agents.
He was super helpful, always available to answer any questions we had, and genuinely wanted to help us through the process, which can be at times daunting to say the least. Thanks for making it a painless experience!

The worst experience I have ever had with an estate agent. They allowed us to move into a flat that was not fit for habitation, we listed many things that were in need of cleaning and repairing before our move in date - they did absolutely nothing. When we complained, they simply weren't bothered. No heating or hot water, damp and mould with water leaking near a plug socket, none of the windows opened.. the list goes on
When we informed them we were moving out after 4 weeks, we had to threaten legal action to get our deposit back!
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

The only reason that it's not a five is because we had some confusions with our references that they may have been able to work out quicker, but this is a minor problem compared to the major faults that we have found with other Camden based agencies.
