Have let my property with Oliver’s Town for over a year now and have been very pleased. Rodney managed the initial viewings and letting. Found him to be polite, transparent, informed, professional and responsive. Since then have had quick polite service from all the team there. I hope my tenants are receiving the same good service, and based on ongoing requests and responses, seems they are.

GoogleI have found Olivers Town to be very reasonable and approachable especially with unforeseen incidences, they have worked hard to resolve. Mihaela who works there has personally dealt with our tenancy and has been really attentive and supportive I would really recommend her help and it has been very appreciated.

GoogleAVOID AT ALL COSTS. Since renting through Oliver’s Town 2 years ago we have had nothing but trouble. First we were mucked about for weeks over guarantors and continuously given conflicting information and then emailed a few months later being told we owed them £15000 in rent. We have a good relationship with our landlord so they emailed telling them this was false and we in fact discovered that they owed us money. We are now moving out so viewings have began and we are continually being disrupted by their letting agents who have given no or very little notice of their arrival despite being continually reminded by both us and the landlord that they must give 24 hours notice. We were in fact told by an agent that they would not be giving notice. The property we are renting is certainly not worth the amount we have been paying for it and was certainly not due the hassle of dealing with this terrible agency. I will never again be using this agency or any of their associates and I strongly warn anyone I encounter considering using them, against it. Follow up: having posted this review I was hounded by Rodney from Oliver’s Town for weeks about the review and had to block every number he attempted contacting me on. I will say that they returned our deposit quite quickly so that’s a single redeeming quality of the agency.

GoogleThe staff at Olivers Town have been extremely reliable, clear and prompt and provided an excellent service. For a first time landlord, it was really reassuring to get honest and practical advice. It's a relief to know the property is in good hands, I'd very much recommend them.

GoogleWhen someone is selling your home you want them to be positive, to really take an interest and be with you from beginning to end, supporting you at every step. We had this with Olivers Town - we had a difficult process up to exchange (for reasons outside of our control) and they were able to make sure we got there in the end. Would recommend very highly indeed. Our particular thanks go to Stephen Codner for his efforts and dedication.
