GoogleOur sale was managed by Jay. Very thorough, friendly and professional. Always available on phone and helped us through the various stresses of selling. Our chain collapsed due to a problem at the bottom which was out of all of our control - and he quickly helped us re market the house so we didn’t lose our onward purchase. A good outfit all round. GoogleOakwood pulled out all the stops to get through what I can only describe as an extremely difficult sale at the height of Brexit paranoia! When our first buyer pulled out, they had another previously interested buyer back at the property that same morning and the house was under offer again by the end of the day. Imagine that - from a buyer pulling out in the morning and it's all fallen through, to the property viewed and under offer again by the end of the day. And that was just the start of our rollercoaster sale. But Oakwood were brilliant throughout - lovely guys, helpful, proactive and intelligent. Thank you, Jay and everyone else at Oakwood.

GoogleOakwood Estate Agents are the best possible choice in the Stoke newington area. They are honest and responsive and they sold our property extremely quickly. Jay, who valued and then was placed to sell our flat is extremely friendly but is not afraid to give an honest answer and opinion and that had been seriously lacking from the agents we had tried. We tried two estate agents before Oakwood and neither we able to sell the property because they over priced it. Oakwood were more realistic and sold the flat within one week, and the price reduction was not severe, it was just right for the market in the area at the time. I can't recommend them enough. Their fees are very reasonable in comparison with others also.

GoogleI have been renting a flat from Oakwood Estates which they have managed for the last three years. I have enjoyed my time in the flat and have been very happy with their service. Maintenance issues were always dealt with within 24 hours and last Xmas the boiler completely packed up and their plumber managed to inspect the same day, order a new boiler and the fit within 48hrs, whilst waiting for the new boiler they supplied me with additional heaters to keep warm. I used to deal with Clare who was very friendly and approachable but whilst she was on Maternity leave I dealt with various members of staff and always found everyone to be consistently good.

GoogleI have been a tenant of Oakwood for the last three years and am very sad that I had to leave the flat. Unfortunately for me the landlord decided to sell the flat but I must say I have enjoyed my time there and have been very happy with the service I have received from Oakwood. Maintenance issues were always dealt with promptly and the Lettings Manager Clare who was always my main contact was a pleasure to deal with. The whole team were very professional with a lot of emphasis on customer satisfaction and even when Clare wasn’t around there were always other staff able to help. Even when they were asked to sell the flat they were very courteous with viewings and always ensured I had plenty of notice and when I asked them not to come round on certain days it was never a problem. I wasn’t able to find another flat with Oakwood but would be happy renting with them again in the future.

GoogleI let my flat through Oakwoods and regretted it immediately. I terminated our agreement early. The tenants they find are of poor quality and I can't believe they pass the reference process. The staff are unprofessional and rude to deal with, and their idea of full management service for landlords is to forward any queries from the tenant, asking you what you want to do about it. They also think that the payment date is the date on which the tenant makes the payment rather when funds are received, so by the time the funds have cleared with them, and they've waited for their next 'payment date' for landlords, the rent is a couple of weeks overdue (if you're lucky). The worst I've dealt with so far - they have tempting terms because that's the only thing they have to offer .... enough said.

She has been friendly, courteous and always followed up with me. I’d whole heartedly recommend to use Oakwood estate agents and ask for Clare, she give you amazing service
