GoogleI contacted Jay at Oakwood after trying (unsuccessfully) to sell my property through another agent. Jay was excellent! As an overseas property owner, using someone like Jay and his team to help me with my sale was the best decision I made. They were super helpful, kept me updated of the process, and patiently answered all of my questions. Dan at Oakwood was also really helpful and was able to recommend a solicitor to help me with settlement. Thanks guys for a job well done!

GoogleOakwood managed my flat for many years and then sold it. My experience with them however was ruined with them after they started sending my invoices to pay for work carried out, months after the sale. For a job that wasn't even completed correctly. Then started threatening emails for payment. Would not use again

He secured us a sale price that was significantly above what we expected within a week of putting our flat on the market and guided the process through to completion with professionalism, sensitivity and - when needed! - humour. When we had a few bumps in the road, Jay was an absolute life-line, keeping us on track and giving great advice when needed. He is a true pro and knows the N16 market like no other.

GoogleMy partner and I found a fantastic flat through Oakwood, we have already moved in and love it! Not only that, but we were under some time pressure to then get our flat rented which the team, Ella & Rebecca managed to do in a couple of days! They had pictures and marketing up and running all in the same day with 7 viewings booked for the following day. This resulted in multiple offers and we found some lovely tenants who have also, already moved in. A massive thank you to this friendly team with great communication skills throughout both processes. GoogleI throughly commend using Oakwood Estate Agents for lettings. As I live over 200 miles away from the property it can be difficult to run remotely, but Clare made it very simple. She has great knowledge of all the leaseholder's legal requirements, and dealt with all the tenants' issues and maintenance problems quickly and efficiently. Even their rates are competitive. I was so impressed with their service for lettings that I had no hesitation in using them to sell the property too.

GoogleWe bought our flat through Oakwood, lived in it, and then rented it out through them and also sold it with them. I would highly recommend Jay, Clare and the team. They are always honest and reliable without the usual estate agent BS lingo. If you are looking for a decent estate agents in the area then this is who you are looking for! GoogleWe recently used Oakwood to sell our flat in Stoke Newington. I cannot fault the service from start to completion, the professionalism is off the charts but the most important thing to us was their duty of care. Every email was answered immediately and they were always available to speak whenever we had any questions that needed answering. Big shout out to Jay and Dan for making sure that everything went smoothly and any issues that may have arose were dealt with and resolved so quickly we sometimes didn’t even know they had happened. We can’t recommend them enough.
