GoogleIn the last two weeks our appointment for viewing a property was cancelled twice in the last minute, which is understandable due to sensitivity on covid. But after that, we told the agency that we are very interested in the flat, and would like to view as soon as it opens to viewings again or after the tenants leave. We have not heard since then. When I applied again through Rightmove we were given an appointment yesterday, but today the viewing was cancelled again, telling us that an offer was accepted for the flat. The agent seems not to care about whose appointment is canceled and who are on the waiting list for viewing a property.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

Non the less the showed us the positives and were well informed about the particulars, which painted the property in a good light. GoogleWe used Oakwood to sell a property for probate reasons. Jay came to provide a valuation and guidance as to the process. Dan then became involved in the viewings - we weren't local so he handled all of this. With the realistic valuation and a good posting on their website including great pictures, the house sold very quickly. During the remainder of the process we got regular contact from both Jay and Dan and if we had any questions or left messages they were very prompt in responding. All in all they were terrific and made the whole thing a lot easier for us as a family. Would highly recommend

The photographs and posting on their website were excellent and resulted in a high number of viewings in a very short space of time with offers forthcoming in the price range they had indicated. Despite our first sale falling through Andy and the team proved just as helpful second time around and helped us to a successful completion.

Kept in regular contact and always there for advice, guidance and the occasional reassurance through out! When Andrew was on holiday his colleagues were great at checking in and maintaining communication so we knew what was going on. Stop the whole things being as scary as it could be :)

They are more than just an estate agency. Andy provided sound advice throughout the legalities of the process of both selling and buying. Andrew was very calm and knowledgeable.
