GoogleI used Oakwood to both buy my former home in 2001 and then sell it earlier this year when I moved out of London. Andy at Oakwood handled my sale and was always responsive throughout what turned out to be a lengthy process. He was always happy to advise when I had queries and I would recommend Oakwood's services as very professional and reliable.

GoogleI have registered my details twice and made a phone call to be in their maillist or calling list for a 2 bed property in N16, never managed to be involved.

Dear Volkan, I have checked our archived data and can see you first registered with us for rental properties in May 2018, you also viewed a property with us in May 2018. I have a record of you informing us you are no longer looking in August 2018 therefore we ceased to make any further contact with you. I have a record of you registering again in Jan 2019, at the time we did not have any properties that matched your criteria and again have ceased to contact you further since Feb 2019 at your request. GoogleI contacted Oakwood Estates after a friend had told me about their own positive experience with them. I was not disappointed at all - the agent I dealt with (Andy) was incredibly helpful and made a consistent effort to help me find and secure a property within my budget. I have no complaints whatsoever and highly recommend this company.

GoogleI had a bad experience with one of the chains on Church Street, and Oakwood lived up to the various recommendations I had been given (and unfortunately ignored initially). They managed the sale well, and I appreciated the way they handled the estimate. There would be no other choice for me to buy sell or rent in n16 next time!
